"Referred to me by co-workers. Before contacting A&W, I had someone from another AC place come out. He wanted to replace the air handler, evap coils, and heat strips. I had a leak somwhr, as carpet ard my vent was wet. Air was cold, not affected at all. Waylon, from A&W came out on Fri and said it was probably a cracked drain pan, and IT WAS JUST THAT. Saved me from being taken advantage of by this other so called comp, and also saved me over $1000...for something that was not needed at this time. 2 young men came out this morning, showed me the crack in my drain pan, and put new one in. They were extremely professional and VERY kind. I will continue to use A&W for future needs, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again! Swl Spann - Sheronda Watson"
