"Waylon Wyatt, A & W Heating and Air Conditioning, was assigned to our service claim by our home warranty company after our central heating and air unit stopped functioning in December 2017. Waylon went above and beyond in several regards. First, he came out on a weekend to evaluate our unit and after diagnosing the unit failure, gave us pointers on how we could best manage our home temperature pending claim review. He then helped us navigate the claim communication process with the home warranty company. Having him as an informed advocate in the claim process and as an HVAC professional with years of experience made all the difference. He was able to accurately describe technical aspects of diagnosis, answer all of my questions, and clearly describe all of the most likely scenarios for the claim. He then coached us through what to expect and best actions to take in the claim process. Finally, once the claim was approved for unit replacement, he acted quickly to get the unit installed immediately upon receipt. I knew that Waylon had the best interest for me and my family front of mind the entire time. Professional, courteous, timely, and fairly priced service coupled with excellent communication highlight my experience with A & W Heating and Air Conditioning and Waylon Wyatt."
